This part of the site has been designed in order to introduce you to the benefits of Reiki, explain the difference between Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki® and show you how easy it is for you to learn Reiki yourself.

While working as a staff nurse in Wales some friends introduced me to Reiki. The benefits of Reiki were clear and it soon became apparent to me that I wanted to learn much more about Reiki and it's healing potential. 

I am now a  Karuna Reiki^® practitioner and Usui Reiki Master / Teacher in East Anglia, UK , offering personal sessions and classes. I hope this site be will helpful to you.
